Are you a service-oriented person who enjoys a customer-facing role? Do you appreciate responsibility and want to work administratively? Then this role might be for you! We are currently looking for a Customer Receptionist to join us at ViKöperDinBil in Örebro.

What your role will be like

This is a broad role where you primarily work as a customer receptionist, but when needed also as a buyer/tester of cars where you will learn to handle cars of various brands, models, and conditions. You are the customer's first contact with us and are responsible for customer satisfaction and the operational management at the station. This includes tasks such as:

  • Ensuring that the standard and customer satisfaction at the station are high (measuring NPS via Google and Trustpilot)
  • Administrative responsibility including contract writing.
  • Being the contact person between the station, head office, and other external partners.
  • Ensuring that logistics work for incoming and outgoing vehicles
  • Calling and following up with customers
  • Evaluating, testing, and photographing vehicles

Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for ensuring that the purchasing processes at your local testing and purchasing station are managed responsibly while being the company's face to the customers.

The role is a full-time position of 40 hours/week, including weekdays and weekends (possibly evenings if needed) with a fixed base salary + commission.

What we want you to bring

We believe that you thrive in a customer-facing role and are service-minded to the core. You have a few years of experience in the service industry, preferably in reception/customer reception. Since the role involves a lot of independent work, it requires your ability to drive your work forward. As a person, you are positive, spread joy, and can share yourself. You are computer literate and have a driver's license B. If you have an interest in cars, this is a plus, but not a requirement.
